I offer three tiers of wedding packages starting from $4000. Each package includes at least eight hours of wedding coverage and an engagement session so that we can start getting to know each other! Even if you've already had engagement photos done or you feel like you don't need them, I offer these in every package because I have found building that connection is KEY to getting great wedding photos.
Where to begin. Cailyn was not only so friendly, warm, and comfortable to work with on our wedding day, but she truly made her greatest efforts to make it all seamless. The pictures are STUNNING to say the least, and she really knows how to make you feel glowing in front of a camera. 10/10 every day of the week!!!! We love Cailyn!!!!
Cailyn was so wonderful to work with for my bridals and on our wedding day. As chaotic as 2020 has been, Cailyn worked with us through all of it and was so supportive when plans were changed. She did an amazing job at capturing our special day

First of all, you should know that I'm THRILLED you want to book ME! What an honor. Booking is easy. Just fill out the contact form if you haven't already, tell me what all you're looking for in a photographer, and I'll follow up with more information. From there, we will set up a phone call or coffee date to discuss the details and if your date is available, I'll draw up a contract, have you sign it, and then with a 25% retainer your date is secured!
The best way to get a feel for my style is by scrolling through my galleries, blog, and portfolio. I would describe it as bright, bold, and colorful. My style is inspired by film because I love the true to life colors it delivers and how it has transcended decades of time and editing trends. My shooting style is a mix of candids and posed shots, making sure you feel comfortable, in your element, and like your most authentic self through out the entire shoot!
Absolutely! Photos can sometimes be awkward, but it's my goal to eliminate that feeling and help you have FUN. I'll guide you into poses and prompt you with different phrases or instructions to help get that raw emotion flowing! Many of my past clients have said how comfortable they felt in front of my camera and how much that shocked them because they were initially so nervous. Nerves are completely normal but the whole point is for us to have fun, so take a deep breath and just trust the process!
Portrait sessions usually take 2-3 weeks MAX for the full session but you'll get sneak peeks within 1-2 business days. Since weddings are a much larger production, they can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks depending on my workload but you will get a sneak peek within 1-2 business days to hold you over. I'm just as excited to edit them as you are to receive them, so believe me - I won't keep you waiting long. :)
Absolutely! You can't hire another photographer (too many cooks!) but you can definitely hire a videographer. Just make sure they have good reviews and understand that they are responsible for motion pictures and not still photographs. I love teaming up with video teams on wedding days and I've worked with a couple really great ones, so let me know if you need any recommendations! I would be happy to provide you with some.
I have before and they are always a blast! That being said, I do not have any on the calendar right now and they are not something I shoot year-round. So if you want photos taken, you'll need to book a full session unless you see that I've posted something about a mini session day/weekend. :) Full sessions are an investment that are totally worth it, though!
Yes - many of my packages include a second shooter, but not all of them. My second shooters are trusted peers of mine who have demonstrated incredible work that I love - and for that reason, I know you will love them too! I edit all of the images from the wedding day, so no need to worry about what their "style" is or if they will be a good fit. I'll take care of doing that vetting for you and once you get the final images, you likely wont be able to tell which were taken by me and which were taken by my second.
Sometimes! I love a good black and white. But if you get one in color that you would like to see in black and white as well - DEFINITELY let me know! I'd much rather edit that for you than for you to settle for the crappy filters on Instagram!
RAW images are not for viewing or purchase. This is for a couple of reasons:
ONE: RAW images are the unfinished product. And you actually can't even view them without the proper software. What a hassle, right?!
TWO: the price you pay is for the edited images only - not for RAW images. RAWs are a form of negatives that I retain the copyright to.
THREE: My editing is a signature style that I rely on to book clients! If I sold RAW images without edits, any person with Photoshop on their computer could take them and do what they want with them and take credit for it - and as an artist, I'm just not cool with that.
Think of it like this: if you bought a painting from an artist, you wouldn't ask for just the drawing without any paint. You would want the completed product! If you book with me, it's because you love my editing style and trust me! If you don't, I would lovingly encourage you to go in another direction for a photographer. I would love the chance to work with you, but I promise I won't be offended! XOXO
You will receive the personal right to print, post, and share your photos with as many of your friends and family as you want! However, I reserve the copyright of the image as the owner - which means I have final say over how it's edited and who can use it for commercial purposes. In other words, if your vendors want to use your images - please send them my way and I would be happy to share! If you want to submit your photos to any sort of publication or to your wedding planner/coordinator, let me take care of that for you so that I can make sure I'm credited properly. I find it's easier not to communicate through a middle person, and I love building relationships with vendors anyway!
