Chaliss + Josh // Savannah, GA – Forsyth Park Engagement Session
The summer before my senior year of college, my best friend introduced me to Savannah. Since then, I’ve been back four times. Needless to say: I can’t get enough of this gorgeous southern city.
So when I heard Adorn Collective was putting on a styled shootout there, I knew I had to sign up. (I’ll blog about that shoot in my next post!) But while I was in town, I wanted to get in a session of my own, too. Enter: Chaliss + Ryan!
Chaliss was one of my sister’s good friends in college, and she’s one of the few people I know who live in Savannah (how lucky is she?!)
Anyway – enough about Savannah. Chaliss works at a lovely bridal boutique downtown and her fiance, Josh, is a professional soccer player. And on an unrelated note, he has the coolest Australian accent. These two are the definition of a model couple – and I’m so thankful I was able to get them in front of my camera.
Not only because they’re the cutest, but also because they are pure smitten with another – I felt like I was capturing their first date all through out their session. They danced and laughed and held each other so romantically as the sun set on Forsyth Park, with very little direction. They get married this November and I’m confident they’ll make the most handsome bride and groom!
