Kris & Lane One Year Anniversary Session | Dix Park and Historic Oak View in Raleigh, North Carolina
Kris and Lane exude that kind of love that makes you feel good about the world. You know the kind of love between a couple you look at and think, “gosh, how sweet are they?!” That’s what they have. And it was a pleasure to catch it on camera.
And it’s not like they’re still in the honeymoon phase. I knew these two in high school, back when they first started dating. I remember looking over at Kris on the bus on the way home from volleyball games and she would be smiling so big down at her phone – you just knew she was texting Lane. 🙂 And here they are now, one year into marriage! If that isn’t a story of God’s faithfulness, I don’t know what is.
I can’t forget to mention the newest member of the Johnson family, Finn! Finn is an Australian Shepherd puppy and he is just about the prettiest, sweetest thing I’ve ever met. Maybeee even sweeter than my pup, Winston – who is also in the cattle herder family!
The first half of their session was in Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. As beautiful as it is now, it used to be a mental hospital. Who would have guessed?
After we left there, we went and finished out the session at Historic Oak View, also in Raleigh, NC.
